I have2 houses for rent.
Each house has 3 rooms.
Short term rental:
RM75 per room per night / RM250 per house (3 rooms)
Long Term rental
RM2300 per month
Houses are fully furnished
1. Refridgerator
2. Bed for each room (with extra matress at RM20 per mattress)
3. Aircond for living room and rooms (there are 2 rooms with fan only)
4. Cooking allowed
5. Short term rental - weekly cleaning services is provided.
6. Sofa
7. Dining table
8. TV & (astro upon request)
9. Wifi - upon request.
